with Wipro Technologies, Permanent Staffing
– An overview
At Wipro Technologies we employ different
channels to attract, nurture and retain
the best talent in the industry. Attracting
such talent by engaging Resource Partners
has served as a valuable association and
we look forward to such partnerships.
Wipro Technologies has been engaging Resource
Partners for the last couple of years for
providing the best of talent and is now
looking at having Resource Partners who
specialize in delivering to requirements
of individual businesses.
We encourage existing partners to grow
in our system and also give an opportunity
to competitive staffing consultants to provide
permanent staffing services .
For empanelment of a new resource
partner we follow:
- Information gathering and evaluation
of resource partner
- Master Term & Conditions (Service)
Agreement
- Synergy usage policy and process clarification.
- Activation and access to the web-based
recruitment system
We empanel Resource Partners after an extensive
evaluation process. Qualified partners will
be recommended and processed through ‘Synergy’
our web-based recruitment system,
Terms and Conditions would be mentioned
in the Master Agreement exchanged during
empanelment. Periodic evaluation is conducted
for all Partners based on which the status
and nature of association to be continued
is decided.
Empanelment Process
- The Staffing Consultant who wishes
to empanel for permanent staffing has
to give the necessary details through
our registration link.
- Consultants who have registered to
work with Wipro would be evaluated a designated
Resource Manager and the recommendation
would be sent to the Partner Management
Team.
- After the evaluation process, the partner
will be approved to work on our requirements
through ‘Synergy’ . ( Recruitment
Team will be the only point of contact
for Resource Partners. )
- Periodic evaluation is conducted to
ensure all staffing partners are actively
delivering to Wipro Technologies' requirements.
The evaluation also decides the nature
of continued association.
Parameters for empanelment
- The consultant should have worked on
recruitment for more than 2 years (IT
& Non IT related skills)
- Should be able to provide on - time
resources for niche skills and have a
proven record for the same with other
organizations across locations and geographies.
- Should maintain an active and updated
database of candidates for any seasonal
and immediate requirements
- Should maintain a dedicated servicing
team for Wipro Technologies.
- Should be able to work within prescribed
processes and maintain the integrity of
the processes and systems.
