Lead client relationship manager for the media & entertainment segment |

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and other major publishing companies |

Lead development of sales opportunities in coordination with regional sales media & entertainment domain teams |

Serve as a solutions architect focusing on business benefit, bringing a consultative approach, and coordinating domain expertise and technical subject matter expertise as needed |

Identify, develop and present engagement approaches to address client opportunities |

Contribute to thought leadership and intellectual property development in support of competency, development, practice development and reuse

Participate actively in trade organizations and regional shows to promote brand and service offerings |

The Principle Consultant will:
| • |
Lead project managers and consultants on pursuing business development opportunities. |
| • |
Build strong client relations with senior and C-levels executives, developing new insights into business process management issues, and deliver actionable, high-impact results. |
| • |
Manage portfolio of services for the media & entertainment domain such as business process outsourcing, content management, customer relationship management, etc. |
| • |
Have complete ownership and accountability for the successful execution of engagements with Wipro clients. This includes managing the day to day responsibility for consulting teams and acting as the primary liaison with client executives and senior managers. |
| • |
Lead efforts to create practice frameworks and tools and develop “thought capital” such as executive presentations and position papers. |
| • |
Assist with developing strategies against other major competitors. |
| • |
Be expected to meet set sales target and utilization rate. |

Work experience and extensive knowledge and understanding of the media & entertainment industry |
| • |
10+ years of business development and/or client management experience |
| • |
Culturally-sensitive with strong understanding of American business practices. |
| • |
Outstanding written and oral communication skills |
| • |
Strong interpersonal and team building skills |
| • |
High energy, self-starter who is passionate about achieving aggressive growth targets |
| • |
Work experience in global services delivery model |
| • |
MBA (or equivalent), or Master’s in relevant discipline from a top university preferred |

Engagement management experience at a top tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Big 4 consulting firm, top-tier systems integrator) is required. |
| • |
A strong and well-rounded understanding of business process management issues, reengineering techniques and sourcing decision frameworks is required. |
| • |
Prior responsibility for managing business processes or leading process improvement initiatives within a corporate environment is also desirable. |
| • |
Experience in leading services outsourcing decisions and implementation (preferably involving an onshore / offshore model) is highly desirable. |
| • |
Excellent problem solving, communication, team and client management skills are essential. |
| • |
Demonstrated success in supporting business development while providing high levels of client satisfaction during delivery. |
| • |
Independence in leading and motivating teams, and a strong sense of personal initiative. |
| • |
Candidates must be effective in presenting to C-level executives and senior management as well as developing relationships with them. |
