BSS Solution architect (JC : 93174)
Brief Job Description:
- Solution architect. Own the architecture integrity of greenfield stack of CRM and Billing system implemented using Oracle Siebel CRM, Siebel SFA integrated with billing systems like Oracle BRM, Comverse Kenan or Convergys
- Create the strategy and plan for migration of fixed, mobile, cable and enterprise customers to the new stack in phased manner. Ensure downtimes within agreed time limits and ensure successful migration/sunset
Experience:
- 15+ yrs
Key experience to search:
- Must have very strong systems integration and rollout type solution architecting experience in operator domain
- Must be well experienced to create and execute data migration activities from multiple legacy stacks to a new greenfield stack of CRM and Billing system
- Must have very strong credentials of solution architecting in BSS programs especially CRM, Billing, Integration and Data Migration for a convergent operator
- Very strong architecting experience on large postpaid mobile customer base
- Platforms of interest: CRM - Siebel, Billing - Oracle BRM, Comverse Kenan
