Enterprise Apps Architect (JC: 93007)
Brief Job Description:
- Define, and maintain the vision and guidelines for enabling and implementing software architecture for various enterprise applications like ERP, DWH/DMS, etc. Both COTS and Home grown solutions.
- Ensure that there is a disciplined process for future architecture requirements including standardization.
- Assessment of the issues and risks related to architecture, infrastructure, and security of assets to provide the best, well balanced solution architecture.
- Develop a 'big picture' vision of architecture strategy in an environment where customized, autonomous decisions have been made.
Experience:
- 12+ yrs.
Key experience to search:
- Good knowledge of Business and operational support systems. Ideally for wireless telecommunications industry
- Very strong architect skills on object oriented design using C++ or Java. Experience of more than 5 years is required
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to present technical topics in a business-oriented fashion to non-technical audiences, and build partnerships throughout the organization. In addition fluency in technical language and ability to communicate to technical audiences is key.
- Must be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever changing environment
- Strong Interpersonal/relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing required
