Brief Job Description:
- Program Manage USD 50 million + Systems integration programs covering CRM, Billing, Online Channels, Customer Analytics and OSS
- Ensure smooth governance with partners providing services, requirements and product vendors
- Ensure CSAT and profitability of the program as per set targets
Experience:
- 15+ yrs.
Key experience to search:
- Must have very strong Systems integration and rollout type program management experience in operator domain
- Must be well experienced to manage customers, external vendors, outsourced partners
- Must have very strong credentials of program management in BSS programs especially CRM, Billing, Online Channels, Integration and Data Migration for a convergent operator
