Telecom Siebel CRM Architect (JC: 93193)
Brief Job Description:
- Solution architect. Own the architecture integrity of greenfield stack of Siebel CRM and Siebel SFA, Siebel e-care
- Integration of Siebel CRM with upstream and downstream systems like provisioning and billing
- Create strategies and plans for migration of fixed, mobile, cable and enterprise customers to the new stack in phased manner. Ensure downtimes within agreed time limits and ensure successful migration/sunset
Experience:
- 10+ yrs.
Key experience to search:
- Telecom CRM systems integration, development and implementation for medium to big telecom/teleconference/ISP operator for service audio, video and web. Very strong knowledge of lead to sales, customer acquisition, customer channels - outbound and inbound, customer life cycle management, commercial and technical order management, integration with billing, creation of convergent customer data model.
- Extensive solution architecting experience on Oracle Siebel Solution Architecting for Wireless (voice, content, SMS, MMS, data), Wireline, Teleconferencing (audio, video and web), ISP and utilities using Oracle stack
- Prepaid, postpaid, wholesaler, enterprise customer life cycle management
