7. What is the typical interview process?
Our interview process is dependent upon the role and practice.
For both functional and technical roles, we have a 45 minute first round interview on campus. At this time, we assess communication skills, ability to interact with high level executives, and overall fit within the organization. Typically, the second round is held in a Wipro office where the candidate will meet multiple senior leaders from the company. Here we assess the candidate's ability to work under pressure plus flexibility to work in a multi- cultural environment.
Consulting candidates have a first round on campus interview where we assess the background and education of the candidate along with their prior experience. In the second round, candidates meet with senior consultants from Wipro's various practice areas. The candidate's ability to manage risk, their analytical and problem solving skills and overall fit will be evaluated.

After the face to face discussion we will typically contact candidates within 2-3 weeks.
