At TIS you will be managing comprehensive Technology Infrastructure Services consisting of server management, mainframes, networks, security, databases, storage, operating systems and messaging infrastructure. For this infrastructure you will be providing services on an ongoing basis at a specified level of competency for monitoring, administering, proactive & reactive diagnostics, trend based consulting, vendor management, reporting, incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, and capacity management.
Working with the TIS delivery organization, you would grow as a Technology Specialist or Project Management Specialist.
Technology Specialist
In this stream you would emerge strongly as Consultants, Architects, Specialists, Principal Architects and Infrastructure Strategists. It covers roles where the organization leverages on primarily the technical expertise of the individual.
Project Management Specialist
As a Project or Program Manager you will evolve as Project Engineers, Module leaders/Project leads, Project Managers, Program Managers, SDH (Solution Delivery Head). You would be responsible for managing the processes, quality, people, and technology for large projects.
