- The Accreditation status shall remain in effect for 3 years from the date of certification.
- Awarding of accreditation status shall be at the sole discretion of Wipro Technologies.
- An institute can apply for re-accreditation on the expiry of the current accreditation period.
- The Institute shall at no time during the accreditation period or after termination/expiry of the accreditation use the trade marks, logos or the name of Wipro or any other name used by Wipro in any internal or external media or any publications without obtaining the prior consent of Wipro in writing.
- The status of "Trusted Academic Partner" does not guarantee Wipro visiting the institute for Campus Hiring.
- Wipro reserves the right to revoke the accreditation status at any given point of time duly notifying the institute of the same.
- The initiatives mentioned in this program are aimed at building fruitful & mutual relations with institutions and has no bearing on hiring whatsoever.
- Both Wipro and the Institute shall mutually agree upon the resources in the form of infrastructure and people in order to execute the initiatives mentioned in this brochure
- The institute agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information arising out of the implementation of the initiatives mentioned in this brochure without Wipro´s written permission.
- Release and use of any publications connected with initiatives mentioned in this brochure shall be done only with the written permission of Wipro.
