Ombudsmen
As is well known, Wipro does not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, abuse or wrongdoing and it expects you as a future Wiproite, who has concerns about what is happening at work, to come forward and voice those concerns. This policy has been introduced by the company to enable like minded individuals like you to raise concerns about any malpractice, impropriety, abuse or wrongdoing at an early stage and in the right way, without fear of victimization, subsequent discrimination or disadvantage.
Transport
The half day work arrangement has been introduced to help retain Wiproites by helping you manage your responsibilities outside of work. This also helps in reducing absenteeism and increases job satisfaction.
You will be able to avail this facility after the conclusion of maternity leave, child care, a specific illness, taking care of dependants or any other compelling personal reasons. Consent of your supervisor and the HR team would be necessary to avail this facility.
Recreation
The best workouts according to fitness experts are the ones that include the mind, spirit and body. Wipro offers you a state-of-the-art gymnasium and recreational facility - 'The Arena'. The recreation facilities like basketball/tennis/indoor games and mini gym (whenever available) can be availed free of cost. There are no membership/batches required for utilizing these facilities.
