To be recognized for something that we have been working on consistently is a great honor. We have been chosen on account of going beyond the basics of nurturing strong leaders and having come up with new, innovative ways to create great leaders not just leadership.
As a finalist we shared our leadership practices and participated in-depth interviews between the team at Hewitt and our top leadership team. The study is an opportunity to recognize our leader building efforts.
The judges considered many variables in selecting and ranking the lists, including survey and interview data, company reputation, leadership culture and values, and business performance over a five-year period.
