For empanelment of new partners we have a well defined process as mentioned below. The process includes signing up of the MSA (Master Staffing Agreement).
After a thorough evaluation, the Contract Staffing Partners will recommend qualified personnel through the 'Synergy' web-based recruitment system to Wipro IT Business from time to time and agree to do so as per the terms and conditions for a period of 12 months, after which they will be reviewed for renewal or termination. |
