We empanel resource partners after an extensive evaluation process. We follow a web-based recruitment process 'Synergy' to recommend qualified partners. Terms and Conditions are mentioned in the Master Agreement exchanged during empanelment. We conduct periodic evaluation for all partners to decide the status and nature of association. |
