I am an Economics Graduate from Patna University. I joined WBPO through Campus Selection on 20th April, 2009.
Since the time I have joined, I have enjoyed every single day at work, right from the Induction program to the intensive training sessions, and now on the operations floor. Wipro BPO has given me a great learning opportunity and helped me improve on my communication and technical skill sets.
I love the work environment here and it’s been a great experience to work with this organization for last 1 year.

Four years ago I attended a presentation about Wipro BPO in my college, at that time I was like any other youngster and was not really sure what my goals in life were. Call it my luck that I got selected for a company which cares for its employees!
Wipro BPO gave me the opportunity to complete my academics; I did my MBA via SEED program post which I was lucky enough to make my way to the recruitment team through internal job opportunities.
I have been groomed into an enthusiastic, goal oriented, powerful career woman. I realized my potential and Wipro realized my dreams. |

It was February 2007 when WIPRO BPO conducted a campus recruitment drive in our college.
We were all glad to have Wipro BPO visiting our campus and were also confused as the entire concept of Business Process Outsourcing was pretty new. After several rounds of interview, I was one of the selected candidates.
I then joined Wipro BPO on 2nd July, 2007. This is my first job and I must say it has treated me really well.
After taking calls for 9 odd months, I was promoted to be a Subject Matter Expert. As it’s popularly said that goodness and hard work doesn’t go unpaid - I successfully cleared the internal job positing and was promoted as a Process Trainer on 29th December, 2009.
It's been almost 2 and a half years that I'm associated with the organization and it has been a complete joy ride with loads of learning experiences entwined with it!! |
