Career Mosaic - Job Rotation Policy
Career Mosaic is a proactive and periodic exercise aimed to create opportunities for employees to gain exposure in diverse roles across Wipro, based on the manpower requirement. This policy enables the high performing employees with suitable competencies to work for assignments of their choice within the Wipro group. Wings Within
Wings Within is the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process within the various businesses of Wipro. Through this growth mechanism, employees can move between businesses – for example, from Wipro BPO to Wipro Technologies or from Wipro Infotech to Wipro BPO.
All the Wings Within openings are also available on the Wipro Intranet for employees to apply online. Once a candidate is selected through Wings Within by another business division, he/she is transferred to that particular division of Wipro.

SEED
In line with our commitment to provide opportunities to each member of the Wipro BPO family to pursue higher studies, Wipro has introduced the SEED Program. The program is open to all full-time and part-time employees of Wipro BPO. Under this initiative, employees enrolled into any of the courses are reimbursed the program fees after successful completion. Over 2900 employees have availed of this opportunity in the last 5 years and have grown their academic qualification!
