In today's dynamic and challenging business environment, Wipro aims to compete by developing a leadership pipeline of diverse and globally-minded individuals.

The Global 100 Rotational Leadership Development Program was launched in 2015. The program is designed to provide recent MBA graduates with a global perspective and dynamic experience to develop them into the next generation of leaders at Wipro. The program focuses on cultivating a diverse and customized experience during its 15-month duration with 3 rotations across our various business units.

Program Design

  • As a Global Business Manager, each selected participant is put through a rigorous 15-month program involving 3 rotation comprising of 3-6 months duration in areas of Delivery, Sales, Digital / Consulting) both at home country and international locations.
  • On-the-job learning is complemented by 3 week-long Learning & Development summits at the Wipro Corporate headquarters in Bangalore, covering business fundamentals as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • At the end of the Program, based on their interests, career plan and performance to date, each Global Business Manager is deployed in a leadership role in Sales or Program Management or consulting to drive business growth at Wipro

Who are we looking for?

We are on the lookout for prospective applicants from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, with demonstrable leadership potential, the ability to navigate ambiguity, high levels of resilience, an engaging communication style, the ability to influence effectively and curiosity in abundance.

Who is eligible?

Wipro is looking to select exceptional applicants from select top business schools. In a typical year, we select close to 35 Global Business Managers worldwide. Applicants should have between 3-6 years of prior work experience to be considered for the program.

How to apply

Each year, a new cohort of Global Business Managers joins Wipro in July, shortly after their graduation from Business School.

We typically engage with applicants from select partner schools in the Fall/Autumn of the previous year during career fairs, sponsored presentations, etc. Applicants applying from India are also invited to join us as interns in the Summer period of their penultimate year of study.
