Job Description
- Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based
- Applications, secondary skills could be Symfony, Laravel, Java, Angular, MySQL.
- Monitoring, first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze, diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC
- Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2
- Proactive analysis of all issues & requests, identification method to prevent in future
- Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution
- Analyze logs, configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause
- Coordinate crisis call, engage experts, manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership, triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery
- Deployment Support
- Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues

Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
