Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Now solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Implementation:

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

Management & Governance Support:

  • Assist in identity governance activities, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide input on process improvements, best practices, and automation to enhance IAM efficiency.

    Testing & Documentation:

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SailPoint implementations.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Now development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, XML and APIs.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
