Job Description
Candidate having had around 14+ years of experience in T24 Temenos Payments Hub(TPH), Loans and Deposit, Arrangement Architecture(AA), Swift, Securities, Treasury, business process with profound know-how of Private, corporate Banking & Payments
• Core banking implementation and Support experience for Payments and corporate banking clients in APMEA regions
• Must has hands-on work experience to setup parameters and configurations.
• Solid user management skills and able to map business needs to T24 in the functional area.
• TPH with product implementation experience along with Temenos certification preferable. Experience includes end to end Payment process.
• Experience in preparation of Business Requirement Documents, TAABs Questionnaire, System and Integration testing, Product configuration set up related to T24 wealth management domain
• Key responsibilities to include stakeholder management, Business requirement gathering, understand the As-Is architecture and provide vision on the To-Be architecture
• Offers clients solutions based on their needs, with focus on complex structuring of non-financial assets
• Experience of Co-ordination with business users and conduct trainings on T24
• Credible references of having worked with large Temenos clients preferable in APMEA
• Possess market intelligence on clients with potential to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets
• Identification of client needs and market trends, initializing development of new products and creative, tailor made solutions (Techno-Functional)
• Responsible for horizontal and vertical communication to ensure smooth process flows
• Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, combined with excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and achievement driven when faced with obstacles
• Conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation

• Strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships which includes influencing customers and internal teams
• Financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities
• Experience in SaaS model is an added advantage
