Location: Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and ITIL-based cross-functional service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across multiple service providers, driving service excellence, and aligning IT services with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple service providers within a SIAM framework.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery and performance across all ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service management functions.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, service reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of SIAM models and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for service optimization and transformation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in SIAM implementation and operations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and cross-functional service management.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze service data and produce actionable insights.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Certification in ITIL (Foundation or higher) and SIAM (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SIAM Foundation or Professional certification.
  • Experience in large-scale IT transformation or outsourcing programs.
