Role
The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies (cloud, servers, storage, networking) and enterprise applications.
- Experience in a managed services or service provider environment.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks; ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.
- Ability to manage operations in a 24x7 environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to automation, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices.
