Job Description

Join Wipro as a Manhattan Application Architect with Warehouse Management experience and embrace an exciting opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact in a short timeframe. This contract position focuses on enhancing our warehouse management operations through your expertise in Manhattan SCALE. Core Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our warehouse operations, engaging in key activities such as:

  • Operational Support: Leverage your knowledge of Manhattan SCALE to ensure seamless processes in waving, staging, picking, packing, loading, and shipping confirmation. Your proactive troubleshooting skills will be essential in diagnosing and resolving field incidents swiftly.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks or anomalies that may hinder operational efficiency. Your insights will drive improvements and enhance our overall productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to provide daily support, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared success. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to meet client demands efficiently.

 

Ideal Qualifications:

We’d love to hear from candidates who bring a strong background in warehouse management systems, particularly with Manhattan SCALE. You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in operational troubleshooting and a knack for quick resolutions.
  • Experience analysing data to enhance performance and streamline operations.
  • Fluency in French, enabling effective communication with diverse teams.
