Work Setup: Daily reporting on-site (weekends off)
Work Schedule: Shifting (24/7 operations)

Principal Responsibilities:
• Deliver business reports and analysis as per requirements.
• Responsible for data accuracy presented in reports delivered to Managers.
• Collaborates effectively with the teams within the project to reach the performance indicators.
• Collaborates on reporting and reports with the team within the project
• Produces presentation decks incorporating data from different reports as per requirement.
• Accurate & timely delivery of all reports.
• Responsible for maintaining the historical raw data, thus being able to recreate any snapshot report at any time as per requirements.
Critical Skills Required:
- Good English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in MS Power Query, BI and Automate.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Operating Systems, internet services & Online Sensitivity: Internal & Restricted tools.
- Excellent analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers, problem-solving, decision-making & management skills
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach
- Dependable with attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Teamwork – ability to work as a part of the team for a greater goal
- Good motivational fit (job, organization, location)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shift, holidays as may be required by business exigencies / willingness to rotate shifts, as needed
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Knowledge of MS Access would be a plus
- Python knowledge would be a plus.
