Job Description
• Be a Subject matter expert of Originations and/or Pre-Underwriting for US Mortgage.
• Build Training Plans and curriculum roadmaps.
• Deliver required trainings to New Hires & Experienced colleagues.
• Database management, daily reports, and analysis (TNA & TNI)
• Audit transactions for colleagues on the floor on a prescribed sheet defined by the client / stakeholders.
• Coach and provide documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit.
• Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal teams to as required.
• Complete his/her certification/accreditation process.
• Ensure strong reporting and governance with internal and client teams.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are periodically complied with.
• Strengthen Mortgage knowledge within the team with the help of Mortgage Academy and dedicated in-team trainers.
• Project Manage the Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Transfer around Domain, Product and Process Knowledge during new project transitions.
• Help prepare educational materials such as modules, case studies, videos etc.
• Identify Business Impact for Training Interventions and showcase value.
• Define and align the learning curve with industry standards.
• Collaborate and coordinate with different virtual teams across the globe for best practices and content assimilation.

- Strong command over English
- >=5 years of experience in delivery and/or training for US Mortgage (Originations / Pre-Underwriting) process
- Strong & proven skills -
