Skillset for Full Stack Tech Lead :

 

Total 8+ year of exp in Full stack Java development.

Minimum 4 Years in Springboot/micro service architecture

Minimum 2 years of development in Angular.

Java 13 (Strong) - Mandatory

Spring/Springboot/ Microservices (Strong) - Mandatory

Angular ? Strong ? Mandatory

Database SQL (Strong) - Mandatory

JavaScript/JQuery (Strong) - Mandatory

DevOps (good)

Docker based deployments, Git (Good) - Mandatory

AWS Cloud is preferred

Coding best practice strong code review guidelines (Very strong) with coding hands on

Application Performance optimization (Strong)

REST/ SOAP API Design, concept & implementation

Desing patterns

Communication

Exposure to Jira and agile way of working (good)
