Automation Architect/ Salesforce Release Manager

JD:
Overseeing end-to-end release management processes for complex software products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
● Continuously improving release management processes through feedback analysis from all stake holders and process optimization initiatives
● Understanding Business requirements, diving deep into Design, Review Test strategy, Test scripts facilitate demo
● Collaborating with cross functional teams, CDR, UAT & PMO team, DEV team, GEO teams to track progress support team, conduct risk assessments and identify potential quality issues, providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
● Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
● Review and analyze the test results and publish the results reports to all the stake holders
● Assessing current business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop a comprehensive automation roadmap
● Defining automation goals, automation framework CI CD Pipeline, metrics, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
● Evaluating and selecting suitable automation tools and technologies based on project requirements
troubleshooting automation issues and provide timely support to end-users/ testers
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
