Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate and refactor data pipelines, job scheduling, and extraction logic to AWS Lakehouse
  • Execute data migration ensuring integrity and accuracy
  • Convert and optimize legacy SQL/Spark workloads for Snowflake & Iceberg
  • Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure production equivalence
  • Analyze usage patterns and support data product delivery
  • Engage stakeholders for sign-off and ensure business alignment

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years hands-on experience in Data Engineering
  • Strong coding in Python or Java
  • Expertise in SQL, Spark, Kafka
  • Experience with Snowflake, Iceberg, Hadoop (Hive/HDFS)
  • Knowledge of data modeling (SCD, schema evolution, partitioning)
  • Understanding of CI/CD, SDLC & Kubernetes deployments
  • Familiarity with data formats: JSON, Avro, Parquet

  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Collaborative team player with global exposure
  • High attention to data quality and problem-solving
