Job Description
We are looking for an internal communications specialist who is creative, innovative and possesses the ability to execute and work independently; while building relationships with business teams and support functions across levels.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in media, communications, PR, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will work under the direction of the communications lead to execute internal communications strategy, develop campaigns, write and proof/edit content.
You will need to be an effective communicator, skilled at crafting compelling stories, simplifying complex topics, building a leader brand and nurturing a positive and engaging work culture.
You need to be an enthusiastic team player who is eager to take creative risks and explore new ideas, who can work with leaders and support functions to enhance employee engagement and share success stories that align with the organization’s values and business objectives.
You will need to organize town halls, create videos, newsletters and presentations, record podcasts, write emails, blogs and more.
