JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have good knowledge of Syndicated Term Loans (LMA and LSTA markets)
Candidate should have knowledge of Loans Settlements platform such as ClearPar, VTS and Loans Platform.
Understanding of Paydowns, PIK, DC/COC, Assignment Fee, Consent Fee, Ticking Fee etc.
Understanding various types of Loans such as DDTL, TL, Revolver etc.
Understanding of Settlement Date Co-ordination (SDC).
Understanding of Payment confirmations and SWIFT messages from Trustee and Counterparties.
Good understanding of Investment Banking and Trade Life Cycle.
Good verbal and writing communication skills.
This role is primarily responsible for managing end to end trade Support activities e.g. Trade Bookings/Confirmation/Settlements activities for DTC/ Euroclear/Fed and CEDEL Market.
Ensuring all Trades are booked on time in Order Management System, Confirming all Trades with CPTY
On T+0, on VD+2 ensure all trades are pre-matched and settled on good value date.
Responsible for working on Term Loan Settlement process using various tools e.g., ClearPar, Geneva.
Resolving daily issues and challenges come across in Trade Support Process.

o Certifications If Any – NCFM added advantage

- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
