Role Purpose
Mental Health Wellness

As a deputy manager you would use your skills to
1. Take ownership of the site’s wellbeing.
2. Manage a team of Mental Health Professionals.
3. Proactively assist in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the respective locations, for all associate bands.
4. Creating and running awareness campaigns to enhance employee engagement in wellbeing
5. Liaison and partner with identified internal and external stakeholders- such as business and operations teams as well as third-party vendors - to ensure the smooth execution of Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
6. Maintain open, timely and effective communication and provide proactive feedback, which is critical to the success of these programs.
7. Strong understanding of aspects is required to assess the effectiveness of third-party wellbeing vendor partner with them closely to gather feedback and co-create innovative programs that meet ongoing needs.
8. Demonstrate expertise in conducting group sessions and one- to one session when required
9. Handle administration, documentation, reporting and presentation tasks for internal and external stakeholders.
10. This is a customer-facing role
11. This is a full time working from office position
Qualifications and experience:
1. A postgraduate degree in psychology or psychiatric social work.
2. Familiarity assessments and clinical treatment strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, would be an added advantage
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience
4. Must have experience leading a team.
5. Experience in Trust and Safety industry would be an added advantage.
