Job Role : Administrator

The ITSS Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Specialist serves as the key liaison between newly acquired entities and operations support, ensuring seamless IT integration. This role involves coordinating IT readiness activities, publishing support documentation, and facilitating clear communication across multiple internal teams. The specialist manages knowledge creation, user instructions, and participates actively in integration meetings as a subject matter expert. They are responsible for supporting end-users during system migrations, troubleshooting a range of technical issues, and overseeing report generation in the ITSM tool. Collaboration with IT teams to resolve complex problems and ensure ongoing post-integration support is central to this position.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years customer service experience2+ years of experience in a high volume, fast paced environment for problem-solving capacity2+ year experience providing Desktop or Deskside support in a large corporate environment.5+ years of experience in technical support (preferably in a help desk) with experience supporting from a level 1 to 2 perspective.Technical (other) Experience / skills:Experience in IT integration, project coordination, and service transition for mergers and acquisitions.Strong technical skills in multi-factor authentication, Office 365 apps, networking principles, and remote support tools.Proficiency in ITSM/ITIL methodologies, service ticketing systems, and creating knowledge content for large projects.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support both individual and team goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in diverse, collaborative environments.

Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
