Job Description: The ideal candidate is responsible for ideating and crafting end-to-end UX flows for both web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strategic mindset, a user-centered design approach, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Lead key product streams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation workshops and research to wireframes and prototypes.
• Demonstrate expertise in design, particularly in information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Continuously evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools, and product thinking.
• Envision and create intuitive and cohesive user experiences for key products. Ensure design outcomes are well-documented and organized.
• Advocate relentlessly for end users and articulate their needs to various stakeholders.
• Design with empathy, humanizing product features and making them accessible and meaningful to end users.
• Contribute to improving team competency by participating in hiring and mentoring efforts.
• Good Salesforce Experience
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $90,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
