Job Description
Role
We are looking for an SAP Project manager based in Melbourne for a one year FTC role.

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Leading the end-to-end project planning, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Payroll implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and IT professionals, to understand business requirements, gain buy-in, and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
- Team Leadership: Leading and managing a cross-functional team of consultants, analysts, and technical experts to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Payroll solution
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues related to the implementation and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of the implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices, and conducting regular reviews to assess project progress and address any deviations from the project plan
- Communication and Reporting: Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, preparing status reports, and communicating project milestones, risks, and issues to senior management
- Change Management: Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP SuccessFactors Employee Payroll system
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with SAP consultants, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
