Responsibilities:
· Primary Szill Set: Devops Platform Tools and Support
· Secondary SkillSet: DevOps workflows, AzureDevops
· Administrative experience on Enterprise DevOps tools like GitHub/Jfrog/Artifactory/SonarQube/AzureDevops.
· Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline.
· Manage Azure DevOps environment (server, agents, pipelines)
· Lead end to end CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, Gitlab, Github Enterprise ensuring seamless integration and delivery process.
· Good understanding of DevOps workflows, CI-CD pipelines to facilitate the solutions for job failures.
· Ability to handle client interactions for their DevOps requirements, automations, architectural changes, and security enhancements.
· Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
· Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
· Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
· Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
· Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
· Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
· Create and maintain custom scripts using powershell, python, and bash.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues.
· Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) strategies.
· Working on ITIL framework.
· Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
· Incident management and root cause analysis.
· Coordination and communication within the team and with customers.

Requirements:
· 8+ years’ experience.
· Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Ansible, Terraform, Chef, etc. Preferably Ansible and Terraform.
· Experience in any scripting and programming language is must – Bash, Python, etc.
· Experience in tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git and having hands-on in creating pipeline / integration for build and deploy configuration and processes.
· Experience in GitLab and integration with various tools.
· Strong Linux Based infrastructure, Linux administration and troubleshooting, Boot Process, Run Levels, Boot strapping, Kickstart, Storage and File system, LVM, NFS, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Kernel turning, log management and log rotation, scheduling, monitoring, backup and restore, etc.
· Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Docker etc.
· Experience working in an Agile, fast paced, DevOps environment.
· Good knowledge in administering Software Configuration Management Tools (SCM Tools) - GIT/JIRA
· Good knowledge in Python or Unix Shell Scripting
· Exposure to DevOps Environment and Continuous Integration & familiar with Agile process methodologies.
· Incident, Event, ticket management and Document maintenance.
· Must have wider understanding of infra technology landscapes like cloud Computing, Virtualization across compute, storage & networking domains.
· Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
· Excellent troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
· Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Preferred Certifications (Any one):
· Cloud related Certification.
· Kubernetes Certification.
· Any Devops platform certification

- Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools
- Timely support internal & external customers escalations on multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot the various problems that arise in implementation of DevOps tools across the project/ module
- Perform root cause analysis of major incidents/ critical issues which may hamper project timeliness, quality or cost
- Develop alternate plans/ solutions to be implemented as per root cause analysis of critical problems
- Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isnâÂÂt resolved
