Key Responsibilities
Code Generation & Refinement: Directly write, evaluate, and rewrite code to solve complex, real-world problems. This is not just a management role; it is a critical hands-on position
Code Validation: Develop and implement sophisticated frameworks to rate and evaluate the quality of code responses generated by our models. This includes creating automated test suites and benchmarks.
Code Quality and Efficiency: Analyze and improve the efficiency and correctness of both human-written and model-generated code
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate feedback and drive improvements in code-centric models. se of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solutio
Code Evaluation: Experience in creating comprehensive test harnesses, evaluating code for correctness, efficiency, and security, and defining code quality metrics.GenAI Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with LLMs and the challenges of code generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Experience: 12+ years of experience building and shipping end to end complex software solutions.
Skills: Python, Java, C, JavaScript Strong proficiency in at least one of these languages for evaluating and rewriting model-generated code in diverse environments.
Education:PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science and related fields.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
