Job Description

Renewals Quote creation Analyst skillsets:

The candidate will assist to review the incoming quote requests from representatives via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools or emails and analyze representatives’ requirements and specifications to create a quote.

 

The responsibilities will include:

 

  • Review incoming quote requests from representatives via CRM or emails.
  • Analyze representatives’ requirements and specifications to create a quote.
  • Utilize pricing guidelines and tools to generate accurate quotes. (Sales Force (SFDC), EBS Oracle, Admin Portal etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, EUC deal Team, DMT and pricing teams as needed to validate quote details when need it.
  • Review feedback from representatives or customers on existing renewal quotes.
  • Check for appropriate required approvals, if necessary, when a revision is created. Analyze reasons for quote revisions (e.g., pricing adjustments, changes).
  • Communicate revisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
