Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and working knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) tools such as SailPoint. The role involves designing and executing automated test frameworks for security and identity management solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.
  • Design and implement test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Perform security and identity validation for IAM/IDAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
  • Document test cases, results, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Work with SailPoint or similar IDAM tools for provisioning and access control validation

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Java/Python for test automation scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with IDAM tools (SailPoint preferred).
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in security testing for IAM solutions.
  • Certifications in Selenium or IAM tools (SailPoint).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
