Job Description:

"Responsible for client calls, email handling, escalation management, working on funding approvals Providing updates to team members, planning out cross trainings and contributing in terms of clearing cases whenever required. Should be experienced in handling the above mentioned activities, have good oral and written communication skills and strong at MS Office. "

Roles & Responsibilities:

"Reviewing the GL postings, reconciliations, driving month end, quarter end, year end closures Approving funding requests, coordination with Treasury, bank for clearing the funding requests Functioning as SME for the queue and providing training to new hires and experienced candidates into new activities Working with cient for process changes, set up changes etc"
