ccounts Receivable � Billing / Invoicing � Manual Credit notes processing � Customer Master maintenance � Clear open Items against CN � Exception Handling � Prepare and Post FX Gain Loss Journals � Handling queries � Email/Calls � Quality Assurance � MI reporting � Resolving disputed items Bank Statement � Sending Collections file to Bank for Credit � Cash Discount tracking and posting � Follow up for Credit Details � Check and ensure all Bank credit posted � Meeting SLA Targets � Updates himself/herself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System. � Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work. � Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations. � Access rights compliance � US Shift � Excellent Attitude � People friendly � Hard Working/Willingness to stretch � Open to travel � Passport Compulsory
