Job Description:

Fluent English and German/Italian (written and spoken); 7-8 years of strong domain knowledge withEnd to End RTR understanding; Bachelor degree in Commerce/Finance Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PPT) Leads the RTR team to complete financial accounting activities which includeFinancial Reporting, P&L, SG&A expenses, allocations, reconciliations, Stock accounting, Fixed assets accounting, Cash accounting, Tax accounting & compliance, General Ledger maintenance, full balance sheet review Management experience required; working through Team Leads; having a span of control of approxpeople; Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with management, team members and client; Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure; Ability to prioritize and schedule workload; Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement; Responsibility, accuracy; Media Industry experience would be a plus; Team player Availability to travel

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working with the Client Service Manager to ensure both contractual and operational Key Performance Indicators are met; Acting as an escalation point for all related issues raised by the client. Ensuring the fast resolution of these issues and also finding ways of preventing them from happening again; Communicating with the client to ensure that the Accounts Receivable department complies with the latest changes in the procedures; Financial Statements Develop tax strategy and plan Developing good client relationships; Developing a motivated and energetic team; Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Client. Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit Quality Assurance Cash/Credit Posting� Perform/Review Ensuring delivery of transitions processed as per SLA Ensures team bonding Esnure full attendance of team Meeting SLA Targets
