I currently head the overall finance for the Nordics sector within the Europe SMU. Being part of the growing and challenging Nordics region, my role requires me to work on deals, develop innovative financial and pricing models, negotiate contracts with clients, and drive margin improvement across the accounts within the sector.
The Wipro Finance Cohorts Program offers the opportunity to work in two very different profiles during the initial two years, allowing for accelerated work experience and a better understanding of how the Finance team functions. The program is designed to facilitate accelerated learning, providing a broader range of experiences and enhanced technical knowledge to enable new finance professionals to quickly assume managerial responsibilities. As part of the program, there are sessions on topics relevant to any finance team in general, and participants also have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced finance professionals. Additionally, the program offers opportunities to develop soft skills through experiential sessions on communication, team building, negotiations, and more.
