I am a Senior IT and outsourcing executive with 30 years of experience in managing accounts, service, and project delivery. I joined Wipro in May 2021 as a Transition and Transformation Director. I was quickly offered an Account Delivery Head position in what we call now our FullStride Cloud Global Business Line.
“All along, it has been a great experience working with a highly motivated team and our customers.
I am a Senior IT and outsourcing executive with 30 years of experience in managing accounts, service, and project delivery. I joined Wipro in May 2021 as a Transition and Transformation Director. I was quickly offered an Account Delivery Head position in what we call now our FullStride Cloud Global Business Line.
Here, I managed about 700 individuals giving Digital Workplace Services to one of our marquee manufacturing customers. In this newly created position, I manage all of Wipro services, delivering for our customers with a team of over 1,200 people.
I was immediately impressed by the energy of the team, the eagerness to deliver excellence, the willingness to change and adapt. I enjoy the cultural diversity, the possibility for everyone to be their real self, the openness of individuals to accept differences and to learn about others.
From a customer management perspective, I was delighted also to find that all is put in place by Wipro’s leadership team and by our on-premises teams for building a strong partnership.”
