Role :Desktop Support Technician (Field Services -Onsite)

Location: ARLINGTON

 

Skills: 

  1. Desktop/Laptop repair / IMAC new setups experience is a must.
  2. Good verbal communication: ability to solicit and convey moderately complex information and make recommendations
  3. Good problem-solving skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities and teams.
  4. Considerable experience supporting Servers and Handheld Devices.
  5. Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management, Knowledge, and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
  6. Ability to set priorities and manage competing objectives.
  7. Ability to support users with Remote Support tools.
  8. Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
  9. Knowledge and experience with onsite HAM support

 

Certifications:

A+ (required)

Dell WPD Technician

 

Client Environnent :

Windows 10 & 11, MS Office O365, Dell Laptop /Desktops, Business Apps

 

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$45,000 to $55,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
