Job Description

Role:

As an Account Executive at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding strategic accounts within the Capital Markets and Insurance sector. Your responsibilities will include directing the organic growth strategy, annual account planning, identifying key growth opportunities, creating proactive client value, and ensuring the overall financial health of the accounts in your portfolio. You will be focused on cultivating strategic client relationships, driving profitable growth, and maintaining world-class delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. The ultimate goal is to establish long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients to make them successful and committed to Wipro's services.

- This role requires a minimum of 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services within Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations as well as atleast 5 years of Capital Markets experience.

You should have a strong understanding of the global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies, with the ability to cross-sell various service lines to customers. Your skill set should include the capability to present and interact effectively at all levels, demonstrating consultative sales expertise. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across various service lines is essential, along with exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles. Experience in managing multi-million USD accounts across different geographies is a definite advantage.

  • Strong Account Management skills - building and nurturing client relationships at all levels
  • Setting and achieving targets on revenue, bookings, and OM
  • Resolving people management issues within Wipro teams
  • Generating leads by expanding customer footprint through interactions
  • Presenting proactive proposals and responses to RFP/RFIs
  • Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship teams for smoother contract, invoice, and payment processes
  • Working closely with senior customer teams to drive business growth initiatives

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
