Job Description

Role: Test Manager

Location :   Austin , TC  ( Hybrid  Role)

Job Type – Full Time Position

 

Skill:

Candidate should have strong background in software testing in mainframe domain.

Proven track record of managing testing teams and projects, with cross domain and different technology

Must have working experience of Complex Mainframe Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Manage E2E coordination across different domain and technology

Lead and manage the testing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective testing.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Manage test tools, and resources.
Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Familiarity with performance and automation testing.
