Project Details: SAP S4 Environment Global support project
Location: Tajonar, Spain
Hybrid – 3 days in the office
Languages Required: English AND Spanish
Mandatory Skills: SAP Consulting background
Desired Skills: SAP Support Background / Support Experience in SAP projects
Years of Experience Needed: 10+ Years
͏Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of SAP application support and maintenance services
Manage client relationships
Track KPIs and SLAs
Ensure services are delivered to the client's satisfaction
Lead project teams - Functional and Technical
Work on process improvements and automation ideas
Monitor progress of all the developments
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports
Manage budgets
Ensure compliance with contractual service levels
Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
