As the Veeva CRM Event Management specialist at Wipro Technologies-Spain, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and aligning event management processes across all markets. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders to understand diverse market needs and optimize the use of the Veeva CRM Event Management module for efficient event planning and execution. A strong understanding of Veeva CRM Event Management is essential for success in this dynamic role.

 

General responsibilities for the role include:

  • Conducting requirements gathering and documentation workshops.
  • Translating business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Developing and recommending new or modified processes.
  • Creating process flow diagrams and use case diagrams.
  • Collecting and interpreting data from Veeva CRM.
  • Generating reports to communicate findings, and possessing a strong technical understanding of Veeva CRM to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Functional Testing .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
