? Proactive Monitoring of all the alerts from the Monitoring tools (CA Spectrum) ? Report Generation via eHealth ? Scheduled maintenance activity (like shutdown / start-up of servers etc..) ? Monitor batch jobs and restart activity ? Monitor backup and restart activity ? Monitor patch deployment / package release and do it manually ? User Tasks ? Creation / Deletion / Change / Move IDs ? Coordinate with various support groups/vendors for DataCenter Issues ? Perform Incident Management for all Server related Incidents. ? Perform releases after the change is raised and approved by the Specialists ? Resolve all incidents with the support of Offsite / Offshore Specialists ? Trend Analysis ? Problem Identification , Root Cause Analysis , Recommend Changes ? Initiate changes, participate in Change Meetings, Implement Changes ? Proactive recommendations based on best practices ? Ensure Compliance and Update Standard Operating Procedures ? Provide insight to as-is situation at OM / CUSTOMER and the migration plans , if applicable ? Participate in the BCP Programs of CUSTOMER and make the necessary Reports ? Create new user accounts ? Disable user accounts for xstaff (Remove Password) ? Password reset service ? Creating and routing of tickets related to Active Directory issues |
