Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Consultant for our AI product, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the capabilities of our AI product, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, create customized solutions, and present compelling demonstrations to potential clients. Additionally, you will be involved in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve the product and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position the AI product.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the AI product.
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and enhancement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

Skills:
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Should have worked as pre-sales consultant for at least 4 years for AI ML opportunities along with at least 1 year on Generative AI.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Technical proficiency to conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries.
Analytical mindset to gather and interpret customer feedback for product enhancement.
Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to contribute to sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
