    1. Overall 12+ years of experience in IT industry. 
    2. 3years of experience in cloud deployments, migration projects. 
    3. 5 years of experience in front ending customer discussions, customer engagement and success stories, 
    4. Lead the design and engineering of new, next-generation solutions based on modern Cloud Native architectural principles. 
    5. Perform a technical leadership role in a client portfolio, acting as Trusted Advisor, guiding and leading development teams. 
    6. Assess existing complex solutions and recommend appropriate technical treatments to transform the application with Cloud Native/12-Factor characteristics. 
    7. Re factor existing solutions to adopt a Microservices-based architecture and Re platform solutions to operate in PaaS environments, particularly based on Kubernetes. 
    8. Execute PoC, MVP and Application Transformation projects that in a cloud native environment.  
    9. Use modern software development and DevOps practices such as CI / CD, Agile, Scrum, XP and Domain Driven Design.  
    10. Required TECHNOLOGIES skills and Development frameworks: JAVA, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, Micro services, Spring Cloud Services, Frontend skill either one is must – Angular or ReactJS, · Containerisation platform: Kubernetes, Docker · CLOUD experience either AWS or AZURE would be preferred.
